How do I buy something?

Wholesale: Purchasing the CBDexperia range via wholesale is simple. Create an account and checkout in the same way you would via any web shop.

White Label OEM: Our bespoke white label service requires a level of communication between yourself and us to discuss your customised product options. Once your first order is placed you will be able to repeat your order via the my account section without any further communication with us.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

You will need to make an account with us, this is required to enable your discounts for wholesale and to store your bespoke orders details for repeat orders.

Your account with us is safe, we are fully PCI compliant and follow the data protection act.

I have forgotten my password, now what?

Providing your email is active you can use the forgot my password link on the login form, this will send you an email with a link to change your password.

If your email is not active you can contact us and our support staff will reset your login details and provide you with temporary credentials for you to change once logged in.

I have forgotten my username, now what?

You can also use your email address in replacement to your username, if your unable to login with your email address as the username it is likely you may have mis-typed your email address upon sign up, in such case you will need to contact us for us to change the details and reset your login credentials.

Why don't you ship to my country?

We dispatch to all over the world however some country are very difficult to import such as America USA due to laws. Please contact us before purchase if your unsure of your countries legal situation for CBD.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated upon checkout, or itemised on your quotation. The price is dependant on order size.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

All our services are aimed at a 48 hour turn around, we will make every possible attempt to have your order to you within 2 days. If there are any delays we will notify you.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled individually, you must contact us to speak with our sales and support staff regarding your reason for refund. We have outlined details and terms within our refund policy.

How do I return / exchange items?

You will need to contact our support staff, each return is handled individually, you can find the basic returns information in our returns and refund policy.

What if I change my mind?

Wholesale: If you change your mind before we dispatch your order we will refund your money and cancel your order within an hour of contacting us. Once the item has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reject the parcel or return it back to us. Delivery costs are non refundable.

OEM White Label: If you change your mind with the bespoke manufacturing service you can get a full cancellation and refund of any deposits if you act fast. We will be unable to refund any deposits if we have used the funds to purchase personalised items such as bottles, labels etc, in such case we would refund any money left from the deposit and dispatch any custom bespoke items to you. If you change your mind once the order is ready for dispatch or has already been dispatched we will be unable to accept a order cancellation unless your willing to pay for the costs and labour involved in the processing of the order.

If I cant sell the items will you take them back?

Wholesale: Depending on the age of the product yes we can without any issues.

OEM White Label: Unfortunately we cant, we will be unable to sell the items that have been customised to your brand.
